Job summary

Opendorse is seeking a part-time, temporary campaign coordinator to help our Commercial Services team run branded athlete endorsement campaigns through the end of January 2027. This fixed-term project role supports live campaigns, coordinates with athletes, drafts scripts, reviews content for NIL, brand, and FTC disclosures, and tracks deliverables and performance data.

You will work closely with our sales, creative, product, and operations teams to keep campaigns aligned from kickoff to wrap,

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in marketing, advertising, or agency work, ideally with influencer campaigns.
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and social platforms.
• Sports industry experience (a plus)

Responsibilities

• Support live campaigns.
• Work with athletes, script and content review; ensure posts meet NIL, brand, and FTC disclosure standards.
• Keep deliverables on schedule.
• Pull performance data for recaps.
• Collaborate with sales, creative, product, and operations teams to align campaigns from kickoff to wrap.
