Job summary

Opendorse is seeking a part-time, temporary campaign coordinator to support our Commercial Services team in running branded athlete endorsement campaigns through the end of January 2027. This fixed-term project role is remote and not expected to convert to full-time.

You will work with athletes and our Sales, Creative, Product, and Operations teams from kickoff to wrap, assist with scripting and content review, ensure posts meet NIL, brand, and FTC disclosure standards, and pull performance data

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in marketing, advertising, or agency work, ideally with influencer campaigns.
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and social platforms.
• Sports industry experience (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Support live campaigns with athletes, scripting and content review.
• Ensure posts meet NIL, brand, and FTC disclosure standards.
• Keep deliverables on schedule and pull performance data for recaps.
• Coordinate with sales, creative, product, and operations teams from kickoff to wrap.
