Job summary

Opendorse is hiring a part-time, temporary campaign coordinator to help our Commercial Services team run branded athlete endorsement campaigns through the end of January 2027. This is a fixed-term project role and is not expected to convert to full-time.

You will support live campaigns, coordinating with athletes and internal teams, reviewing content for NIL and FTC disclosures, and pulling performance data for recap reports.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in marketing, advertising, or agency work, ideally with influencer campaigns.
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and social platforms.
• Sports industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support live campaigns and work with athletes.
• Assist with scripting and content review.
• Ensure posts meet NIL, brand, and FTC disclosure standards.
• Maintain deliverables on schedule and pull performance data for recaps.
• Collaborate with sales, creative, product, and operations teams from kickoff to wrap.
