Qualifications

• 7+ years of related service-based management experience in hospitality or remote camp settings.
• At least two years of significant supervisory responsibilities.
• Must pass pre-employment background checks, drug test, and fitness assessments.
• Ability to live in dormitory-style settings and meet cleanliness requirements.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and oversight of an assigned group of remote camp activities.
• Function as a primary resource for NMS Food Service and Housekeeping employees within the unit.
• Deliver and track performance within the assigned area to meet KPIs.
• Coach and develop employees within formal coaching and succession planning.
• Develop operating budgets and ensure expenditures align with budget.
• Establish supervision systems and formal operating procedures.
• Lead and communicate with staff to keep them informed and motivated.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Meet with clients to maintain relationships, market services, and resolve issues.
