Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial and residential cleaning and maintenance experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities with customers, installers, and contractors.
• Ability to travel 60–80% and work remotely.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and training to the professional carpet/floor cleaning industry, servicing commercial and residential businesses, and related groups.
• Support sales representatives with training, projects, and product performance.
• Attend and work trade shows as a technical resource, providing training, demonstrations, and technical guidance.
• Serve as an inspector for field project situations; analyze and offer solutions, and demonstrate solutions to customers.
• Develop technical literature relating to maintenance of Shaw products and provide sign-off in the warranty process.
