Qualifications

• Previous QA or quality auditor experience preferred.
• Call center experience is required.

• Proficient use of MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit processes to assess quality and improve SLA metrics.
• Create & review quality reports, trend findings and respond to examiner questions.
• Coordinate client communications and training programs.
• Assist in staff development to meet changing needs.
• Lead quality reviews and development sessions with teams.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
