This remote, full-time position uses an in-house booking platform and CTM phone system to manage scheduling and communications with local centers, while upholding the organization’s faith-based mission. The role emphasizes high-volume, sensitive calls, professional verbal and written communication, and adherence to PreBorn!’s Statement of Faith.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates proficient verbal communication and listening skills.
• Excellent written communication for emails and texts.
• Ability to multi-task and manage several platforms simultaneously.
• Maintains composure in high-volume, high-stress calls.

Responsibilities

• Answer and redirect calls from abortion-minded individuals.
• Use the in-house booking platform to schedule clients.
• Use CTM phone system for calls, texts and emails.
• Coordinate with local centers to ensure smooth appointment bookings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Contact Center Director.
