Job summary

Leading Edge Connections, LLC is a full‑service contact center focused on people and performance. Join the LEC Team where connection, fun, and flexibility meet great customer service, working Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, from a home office.

We require 1–3 years of call center experience, CRM familiarity, and strong typing (≈30 wpm). This is a remote, independent contractor role with paid training and a focus on empathy and solving customer needs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of call center experience.
• Experience with CRM systems required.
• Type at least 30 wpm with high accuracy.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to work remotely with self-discipline.
• Attention to texting acronyms and chat lingo.
• Commitment to meeting client metrics and improving performance.

Responsibilities

• Express genuine empathy and address customer issues as if they were your own.
• Answer, evaluate and prioritize requests from customers about services or accounts.
• Identify high‑risk situations and escalate appropriately.
• Keep up with multiple CRM systems concurrently.
• Document all required information and call details accurately.
• Respond to and resolve issues within defined timeframes.
• Identify trends and escalate to management as needed.
• Multi-task across multiple systems without loss of efficiency.
