Position Overview
Sydney Call Centre, a MCI company, is looking for Nova Scotia-based work-at-home customer service, help desk, technical support, and sales representatives to support remote work demand. In these roles, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and assist customers with adding or removing products and services. Full-time positions are available with flexible schedules, including day, night, and weekend shifts.

Physical Requirements
