Position Overview

Sydney Call Centre, a MCI company, is looking for Nova Scotia-based work-at-home customer service, help desk, technical support, and sales representatives to support remote work demand. In these roles, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and assist customers with adding or removing products and services. Full-time positions are available with flexible schedules, including day, night, and weekend shifts.

The position offers a competitive base pay, schedule, and benefits for full-time employees, including paid vacation, bonuses, and incentives. Position Responsibilities

What does a Call Centre Representative do?

Develop your abilities and grow with our team, interacting with customers from coast to coast, making outbound calls.

Physical Requirements

This job is primarily sedentary, requiring long periods of sitting and using a computer and telephone headset. Occasional movement around the office and lifting up to 40 pounds may be required.
