Position Overview

Sydney Call Centre, a MCI company, is looking for Saskatchewan-based work-from-home customer service, help desk, technical support, and sales representatives to support remote work demand. In these roles, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and assist customers with adding or removing products and services. Full-time positions are available with flexible schedules, including day, night, and weekend shifts.

The positions offer a competitive base pay, schedule, level, plus benefits such as paid vacation and variable bonuses and incentives. Call Centre Representatives Are Responsible For The Following Tasks:

  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues

  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade
  • Explain and position products and processes to customers
  • Escalate customer dissatisfaction appropriately to management
  • Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling

Physical Requirements
