Our client is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join their team. As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will be part of the customer support organization, supporting a high-volumecampaign. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, the ability to stay focused during back-to-back calls, and a comfort level with laptop navigation that supports smooth remote work.

Job Title: Remote Call Center Representative

Location: Remote (U.S.)

Pay Range: $21.00hr

Shift: Full Time 9AM EST to 8PM EST (8-hour shifts). If you are in a different time zone, the hours will be your time zone hours.

What's the Job?

• Provide exceptional customer service support via phone and written communication
• Assist customers with inquiries related to financial accounts and services
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
• Follow legal and compliance guidelines during customer interactions
• Support team efforts to resolve issues efficiently and professionally

What's Needed?

• Ability to handle high call volume and maintain performance during back-to-back calls (campaign receives over 25,000 calls per day)
• Comfort navigating alaptop while working from home, including understanding everyday tasks such as restarting the laptop at the end of the day and managing updates
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions
• Professional, compliant communication skills when supporting customers with financial account inquiries
