Job summary

AAA Northeast is seeking a remote Customer Service Associate to handle inbound roadside assistance calls, gather member information, and provide Five Diamond service to support member retention and new membership sales.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent (or 4 years of experience), strong telephone communication, map reading, and computer skills; candidates must live within the AAA Northeast footprint and be able to work a schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience required; call center experience preferred.
• Ability to read maps and utilize navigation resources.

Responsibilities

• Take road service calls while addressing member emotions and gathering required information.
• Use department/program software to capture information, prioritize calls, and research membership status.
• Determine appropriate action and consult with supervisor for special cases; assist in borderline situations.
