AAA Northeast is seeking a Customer Service Associate to handle roadside assistance calls from members. You will gather essential information, verify membership, and provide detailed policy guidance to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Customer Service experience required; Call Center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Takes road service calls while managing member emotions (calming, reassuring).
• Gathers information: membership number, name, phone, email, vehicle description, location, and issue details.
• Uses department/program software to capture information, prioritize safety-related calls, and verify membership status.
• Helps locate the disabled vehicle or meeting place by asking probing questions and using maps/materials.
