Digitech is looking for a dedicated Call Center Specialist to provide high-quality customer service within a fully remote, high-volume call center. This role involves managing incoming patient calls, addressing billing-related inquiries with compassion, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Successful candidates will have at least a high school diploma and be proficient in computer skills, preferably bilingual in English and Spanish. Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM with accuracy.
Maintains composure under pressure.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming patient calls providing accurate assistance.
Listen actively while addressing patient questions.
Evaluate caller needs and determine resolutions.
Maintain detailed documentation of all calls.
Meet or exceed established daily quotas.
