The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Call Center Representative/Business Development Representative in Arlington Heights. This role handles internet inquiries and phone leads to generate appointments for service and sales, with no cold calls involved.

Qualifications

• Experience in a call center environment is preferred.
• Strong computer and internet skills are required.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails
• Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for service and sales, and gauge customer satisfaction
• Answer customer internet inquiries by email and phone
• Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no-shows
• Contact customers based on current marketing incentives
• Follow up with customers to generate leads and close sales
• Explain product performance, options, and benefits to prospects
• Maintain a follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business
