A leading healthcare company is seeking a Remote Call Center Advanced Practice Clinician to join their expanding team. TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a full-time primary care nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) with extensive experience in post-acute care to join our call center team. You will work remotely and support facilities in the Eastern Time Zone with night call from 7pm-1am. The call solutions advanced practice clinician (APC) is responsible for providing high-quality, safe, and cost-effective care via telephone and telemedicine when applicable. Responsibilities include telephonically assessing patient symptoms and assisting in obtaining appropriate care or self-care advice.
Our call solutions team has been in place since 2019, and we are expanding due to recent business growth in our post-acute service line. Compensation is fee-for-service (FFS), with an estimated salary range of $118,000 annually and no cap on productivity income.
Minimum requirements: Candidates must have at least 5 years of post-acute APC experience. Preference is given to candidates with multiple active Eastern Time Zone state licenses.
