Position: Sr. Clinician Recruiter

The Sr. Clinician Recruiter supports full lifecycle recruiting for Physician, Advanced Practice Clinicians, and senior clinical roles. This role involves working directly with Optum TA Leadership and team members to meet capacity and growth needs within the Las Vegas, NV market. Responsibilities include job scoping, pipeline strategy, and market alignment to support business and patient growth.

This is a remote role supporting various markets and segments, with occasional travel to markets, events, and conferences. If residing in Las Vegas, NV or Inland Empire, CA, you will have the flexibility to work remotely and face challenging opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for provider roles, including sourcing, screening, negotiation, and complex compensation packages.
  • Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Oversee onboarding processes in collaboration with the hiring team.
  • Partner with sourcing teams on market and position strategies to attract top talent.
  • Contribute to business strategy development related to clinical talent.
  • Advise on compensation and market variables for clinical recruitment.
  • Influence leadership to adopt innovative ideas and approaches.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience for Advanced Practice Clinicians, Physicians, or leadership roles.
  • Knowledge of employment laws (OFCCP, EEO, AAP, conflicts of interest, non-compete agreements).
  • Advanced sourcing skills (internet mining, networking, cold calling).
  • Intermediate experience with CRM and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work remotely in Las Vegas, NV or Inland Empire, CA.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Over 5 years of experience in a healthcare or talent acquisition role with proven results.
  • Experience working with clinicians and healthcare leadership.
  • Knowledge of clinician compensation plans.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $71,600 to $140,600 annually, based on factors like location, experience, and education. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentive programs, stock options, and 401k contributions. Benefits are subject to eligibility.
