Responsibilities

• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, negotiations, and other case-related proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, legal reports, correspondence, and other case-related documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case facts to develop defense strategies.
• Provide sound legal advice and guidance to clients regarding claim handling and litigation.
• Evaluate case developments and recommend appropriate legal strategies to protect clients’ interests.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and meet deadlines.
