Confidential Employer's civil litigation practice in California seeks an attorney to manage a caseload and contribute to hearings, depositions, and trials. You will develop case strategies, draft pleadings, and collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys in a supportive, mentoring environment.

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Active California Bar license required.
• 1+ year of litigation experience.

• Must reside in or relocate to the California Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation caseload with increasing independence.
• Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to achieve outstanding client outcomes.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year

Location:

Remote within the California Bay Area. Enjoy the flexibility to work from home while remaining available to attend court appearances and in-person proceedings throughout the Bay Area as needed.

Applicants must be licensed to practice law in California, have at least 1 year of litigation experience, and reside in (or be willing to relocate to) the Bay Area to attend court hearings and related proceedings.
