You will litigate employment claims in state and federal courts, partnering with clients to spot risk early and reach practical, business-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of California employment law experience, both advice and litigation.
• Licensed and in good standing in California.
• Comfortable working directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Advise employers on California employment law, including wage-hour compliance, leaves of absence, accommodations, employee classification, workplace policies, and pay practices.
• Litigate employment claims in California state and federal courts.
