Qualifications

• Must be admitted to the California bar and in good standing.
• 2+ years of consumer class action experience.
• Experience with multi-state filings is a plus.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal and factual research relating to consumer class action claims.
• Analyze applicable state and federal laws.
• Draft complaints, pleadings, motions, and other legal filings.
• Research potential claims, defendants, and class action issues.
• Assist with developing and evaluating consumer class action matters.
• Prepare and manage filings across multiple jurisdictions.
