Maschoff Brennan is seeking an experienced consumer class action litigator to join our complex litigation practice. The candidate should have 4+ years of experience handling consumer class actions in federal and California state court, including briefing and arguing class certification motions, class discovery, and working with experts on certification issues.

Preference will be given to candidates who can join our offices in Irvine, Los Angeles, or San Francisco, but remote candidates will be

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Exemplary organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with independence.
• Experience with client interactions and direct communications.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills.
• Bar admission in California.

Responsabilités

We are seeking an experienced consumer class action litigator to join our complex litigation practice. The candidate should have 4+ years of experience handling consumer class actions in federal and California state court, including significant experience briefing and arguing class certification motions, conducting class notification and opt-out processes, conducting class discovery, and working with experts on class certification issues. Experience with class action involving food labeling and packaging, privacy, TCPA, and product liability claims is a plus but not necessary.

Preference will be given to candidates who can join one of Maschoff Brennan's offices located in Orange County (Irvine), Los Angeles or San Francisco, California. However, remote candidates will also be considered.
