Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California (CA Bar).
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• 1–5 years of legal experience; internships/clerkships count.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in California state court hearings, including trial calls and substantive motion hearings.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests and review submissions.
• Prepare, draft, and argue motions, including dispositive motions; assist senior attorneys with case strategy and trial preparation.
