Salary ranges from $130,000 to $250,000 annually, with a billing bonus of up to $20,000.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of legal experience, including internships, clerkships, or law school clinics.

Responsibilities

• Appear in California state court for hearings, trial calls, and final status conferences.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests and review submissions from opponents.
• Prepare and argue substantive motions, including dispositive motions.
• Lead case strategy and trial preparation on assigned matters.
• Represent clients in hearings and trial calls with supervision increasing over time.
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys as experience grows.
