Job summary

INNERGY is redefining the woodworking ERP space by connecting CAD/CAM design to production and delivery for custom millwork and cabinetry. This Solutions Engineer role partners with Sales to present scalable CAD/CAM workflows, translating customer needs into concrete manufacturing outcomes and collaborating with Product and Engineering to close opportunities.

You will travel up to 25% for trade shows and customer visits, representing INNERGY at industry events and translating complex

Qualifications

Experience in architectural millwork, cabinetry or casework industry preferred.
3+ years in Solutions Engineering or related field in manufacturing software
Hands-on CAD/CAM software experience (Toolbox, libraries, post-processors)
Ability to explain CNC post-processor concepts to shop owners
Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows and visits

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM within INNERGY ecosystem.
Lead product demonstrations of CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, outputs).
Guide prospects through engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
Voice of the customer, feedback to Product/Engineering/Sales leadership.
Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows and events.
