Job summary

3HTi, LLC is seeking a Mechanical CAD/CAM Software Sales Executive for remote work with some travel. The role targets the discrete manufacturing sector, selling Creo CAD solutions and related services as part of a增长 strategy.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of software sales experience in manufacturing, strong prospecting, and proven ability to close deals. OTE ranges from $100k to $225k annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in discrete manufacturing.
• Experience with CAD systems is a plus.
• Strong prospecting and territory planning skills.
• Excellent listening and verbal and written communication with strong presentation skills.
• Proven ability to identify decision-makers and build relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce CRM.
• Must be able to travel 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads via a Sales Territory Plan including cold calling, email campaigns, webinars.
• Articulate value and metrics of CAD solutions in client proposals.
• Develop growth plans for existing accounts.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and accurate forecasts to hit targets.
• Drive opportunities end-to-end through the full sales cycle.
• Promote software subscriptions and client services.
