Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required.
• Must possess an active CPA license.
• 7+ years in public accounting or accounting department with progression.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience with Caseware preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, Incode.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex projects related to accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and performance improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients; provide strategic accounting guidance and technical expertise.
• Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of consultants and accountants to ensure quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with partners, directors and senior managers on cross-functional initiatives.
• Stay abreast of trends and challenges in the accounting and consulting industry.
• Demonstrate leadership, integrity, professionalism, and alignment with firm values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
