Job summary

Jonus Group in California is seeking an experienced CA Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster to handle a varied caseload with strong communication and organization. The role requires SIP license or in process and public entity experience is a plus.

You will manage claims, communicate with clients and vendors, support colleagues, and may take on additional assignments with compensation opportunities. Remote work is available with equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling workers’ compensation claims.
• Experience with working with carriers.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of workers’ compensation claims, including varying levels of complexity.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support fellow adjusters and assist with complex client interactions.
• Take on additional assignments as needed, with opportunities for supplemental compensation.
