• Prior Third‑Party Administrator (TPA) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily claims teams and ensure objectives are met.
• Review files and approve settlements and payments.
• Coordinate with clients and management on program goals.
• Develop staffing plans and supervise 6-10 employees.
• Attend Leadership Summit every 18 months.
