Qualifications

• Excellent writing and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage matters through all phases of litigation.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings.
• Research, draft, and argue motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
