Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Principal Analytics & Reporting Leader to guide the MMIS Data & Analytics delivery capability for State and Local Government clients. You will oversee high-quality data solutions, manage analysts and developers, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support Medicaid objectives and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or data management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise reporting tools, data warehousing, and BI platforms.
• 3+ Years of experience with core MMIS/health plan processing platforms such as QNXT or FACETS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Data & Analytics team, including Data Analysts and Configuration Analysts.
• Oversee Design, Development, and Implementation projects for MMIS Data & Analytics for public sector clients.
• Demonstrate Medicaid domain knowledge across MITA areas and MMIS reporting (Claims, Encounters, Payer, Financial).
• Collaborate with peers and leaders to drive integrated reporting and data initiatives.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting continuous improvement and growth.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
