Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Paralegal with direct experience in California estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters.
• Strong experience supporting trust administration, including drafting and organizing trust administration documents and execution of trust plans.
• Solid understanding of estate planning and probate administration processes and procedures.
• Ability to manage and organize files, ensuring matters are progressing efficiently.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive estate and trust matters.
• Ability to support growing firms with general paralegal assistance across estate planning and probate workflows.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and clients.
• Proven ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
• Self-starter who can take initiative and work independently.
