Responsabilités

• Provide remote on-demand legal support for Probate and Estate Planning.
• Meet with clients and manage their legal projects.
• Work approximately 10+ hours per week remotely.

Connaissances

Licensed in good standing to practice law in California

Minimum 5 years experience in Probate and Estate Planning law

Familiar with all aspects of Probate and Estate Planning

Post-death trust & probate administration experience

Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines

Self-starter and able to work independently
