• Experience gathering and organizing estate assets, financial records, and supporting documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage probate matters from initial filing through final distribution and closing of the estate.
• Prepare and file probate petitions, pleadings, inventories, accountings, and other probate-related documents.
• Coordinate court filings, hearings, and probate administration deadlines while maintaining organized probate files.
