Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing.
• Extensive experience in trust administration (primary) and estate planning/probate (secondary).
• Strong drafting and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Self-starter capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Draft and organize trust administration documents.
• Assist with execution of trust plans.
• Provide support on estate planning and probate administration matters.
• Review legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Support attorneys with case management and workflow organization.
