Thefreelancefirm is seeking a California-licensed attorney for a remote, contract-based opportunity focused on trust administration. The role supports estate planning and probate work across our national network of law firms. Hours are approximately 6–10 per week with flexible scheduling.

Starting pay is $80/hour. Applicants should have strong drafting, organizational, and deadline-driven skills, with the ability to work independently from home and manage multiple matters efficiently.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing.
• Extensive experience in trust administration (primary) and estate planning/probate (secondary).
• Strong drafting and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Self-starter capable of working independently.

Responsabilités

• Draft and organize trust administration documents.
• Assist with execution of trust plans.
• Provide support on estate planning and probate administration matters.
• Review legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Support attorneys with case management and workflow organization.
• Assist with general legal drafting and research as needed.
