Responsibilities

• Manage consumer warranty litigation matters from active litigation through resolution, including court appearances and depositions.
• Handle cases with autonomy, including depositions and hearings as needed.
• Support clients with long-term, ongoing assignments and adapt to varied durations (3–6 months or longer).
