Job summary

One Medical seeks a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join the Virtual Medical Team on a full-time basis. You’ll treat patients through tele-health visits, triage, video appointments, and email follow-ups, collaborating with both virtual and in-office teammates.

Requirements include an accredited FNP program with national certification, MA licensure (additional licenses possible), and at least 2 years in outpatient primary care or urgent care. Weekday and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• FNP with national certification required.
• 2+ years in outpatient primary care or urgent care in the past 5 years.
• Current MA licensure; ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• Weekday and weekend shifts required; every other Saturday or Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including calls, video visits, and email follow-ups.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities for ongoing learning.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Provide care using clinical training to deliver high-quality virtual care.
