Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in IL to join our Virtual Medical Team. You will conduct tele-health visits, triage by phone, and follow up via email while collaborating with remote colleagues during daily huddles.

This is a full-time remote role requiring evening/weekend shifts. Requirements include completing an accredited FNP program with national certification and IL licensure, plus 2 years in outpatient primary care or urgent care with diverse patients.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• Licensed in IL with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• 2 years in outpatient primary care or 2 years in urgent care or emergency with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage and video visits.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles and rounds.
• Utilize clinical training to deliver high-quality care to One Medical patients.
