Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect in California to lead the technical strategy for customers, drive platform adoption, and advise customer technical leads and architects. You will own end-to-end architecture discussions, design scalable solutions across data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics, and collaborate with DSAs, SSAs, and partners to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in solutions architecture or senior technical roles.
• Strong coding in Python and SQL; live coding and debugging required.
• Deep expertise in distributed data systems and cloud-native platforms.
• Experience leading architecture discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Production deployments on AWS/Azure/GCP with security considerations.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end technical strategy for accounts from discovery to production deployment.
• Lead complex architecture discussions across data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor to customer architects and Directors.
• Drive technical wins by showcasing Databricks differentiators with custom solutions.
• Develop a technical specialization and become a go-to resource for the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources (DSAs, SSAs, Partners) to deliver solutions.
• Influence product direction with feedback on requirements and gaps.
