Databricks Inc. is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to lead the most complex customer engagements, shaping consumption strategy and serving as the technical authority.

You will own executive relationships and mentor other SAs while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-scale data and AI solutions. The role demands expert coding (Python/SQL/Spark), deep data-architecture experience, and a proven track record in driving platform adoption in large accounts.

Formación

• 8+ years in solutions architecture, principal engineering, or senior customer-facing tech role.
• Expert-level coding proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark/PySpark; live coding assessment will be required.
• Deep expertise in enterprise data architecture: distributed systems, streaming, lakehouse, governance, cloud-native platforms.
• Expert-level Databricks Platform knowledge (or similar depth in competing platforms).
• Declared technical specialization with depth in real-time architectures, ML/AI, or large-scale migrations.
• Proven track record of driving consumption growth and platform adoption in large accounts.
• Executive presence to influence Directors, VPs, and C-level stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degrees valued.
