The role involves handling cases from inception to resolution, drafting motions, taking depositions, and preparing matters for trial, with remote availability and occasional travel to court and client meetings.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
Admission to practice law in California is required.
Strong academic background.
Excellent writing, research, and analytical abilities.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
Experience with title insurance litigation, insurance coverage, real estate, or business litigation is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Independently handle litigation cases from inception to resolution.
Draft and argue dispositive motions with strong law and motion skills.
Take and defend depositions effectively.
Provide strategic guidance and advocacy in real estate and business litigation matters.
Collaborate with clients and team members to achieve favorable outcomes.
