Tradeweb Markets is seeking an experienced C++ developer to join their technology team. The role focuses on building a next-generation trading platform, with emphasis on high-performance back-end services and robust unit testing.

The team operates in a fully remote capacity, with the Jersey City Technology hub available for occasional collaboration. A strong background in C++, OO design, and multithreading is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 5+ years of C++ programming experience.
• Strong knowledge of C++ concepts, data structures, patterns, templates, and multithreaded programming.
• Experience with Visual Studio on Windows.
• Good knowledge of databases and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate across IT and Business Units.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to prioritize production and client-facing issues.
