Engineers work on interfaces with pricing and trading systems, optimize performance, and collaborate with product teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions in a fast-paced financial tech environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing enterprise, multi-user, real-time systems.
• Proficiency with C++ (C++17 or later).
• Experience with enterprise architectures such as client-server and multi-layer systems.
• Solid background in computer science and software development principles.

Responsibilities

• Work with a substantial codebase and maintain it with a tenacious, inquisitive approach.
• Interface code with Tradeweb Dealer Pricing System and Tradeweb Trading System.
• Understand existing codebase for supported asset classes and extend it within the current infrastructure.
• Ensure code is thoroughly tested using low-latency simulators and scripts.
• Improve system performance by identifying inefficiencies in code and procedures.
• Collaborate with product managers to clarify requirements during development, testing and post-production.
• Provide second-line support to address day-to-day pricing queries in development and production.
