YO IT Consulting seeks a C# Quality Assurance Lead for an hourly remote contractor role. You will oversee quality across C# AI training projects, review AI-generated code, and provide precise feedback to ensure adherence to guidelines and client expectations.

Expect an AI interview and domain tasks as part of the process. The role requires 3+ years in C#/.NET, strong English, and experience with CI/CD and debugging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Software Eng/IT or equivalent.
• 3+ years of professional C#/.NET experience in backend, QA, or mentoring.
• Strong English for guidance and feedback.
• Knowledge of C# syntax, async/await, LINQ, and .NET runtime behavior.
• Familiarity with .NET stack tools and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring of C# items, providing feedback via DMs.
• Code review of AI-generated C# code and .NET snippets.
• Communicate guideline changes to Discord contributors.
• Answer questions on .NET behavior, async/await, EF Core, testing.
• DM inactive contributors and track follow-ups.
• Create and maintain C# style guides, onboarding materials.
• Onboard/train C# contributors via calls.
• Flag insecure or non-production-ready recommendations.
• Identify gaps and improve QA workflows.
