Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience: Project Management of Complex Projects, Software Development Lifecycle, Organization Change Management, Project Management, Leadership, Relationship Management.
• Certifications/Specific Knowledge: PgMP, PMP, CSM, ACP preferred or ECBA/CCBA/CBAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and coordinate business analysis activities across cross-functional teams.
• Manage/coordinate testing efforts and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Serve as primary liaison to business partners; build trust through understanding end-to-end processes.
• Create execution deliverables including task lists, requirements documents, gap analyses, and process flows.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and reporting to stakeholders.
