Classical Academic Press, LLC is seeking a Business Systems Lead to manage core platforms, guide CRM and school-technology needs, and drive the systems roadmap. You will collaborate across operations, curriculum publishing, and online K-12 school teams to align tech initiatives with business goals.

The role requires hands-on configuration, API scripting, and cross-functional communication, with a focus on governance, integration, and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years in a business systems, IT, or operations role with broad software experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining CRM/work management/LMS tools or Airtable.
• Ability to identify opportunities for systems improvements and lead technical roadmaps.
• Comfort working in a mission-driven, cross-functional team; strong communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Own administration, configuration, and upkeep of core platforms (Google Workspace, ClickUp, HubSpot, Canvas LMS, Airtable, and others).
• Oversee CRM administration and coordinate with RevOps agency and sales/marketing.
• Support school platform needs (Canvas LMS, Zoom, Airtable) and provide user tech support.
• Build and maintain integrations and automations to streamline processes.
• Lead technical strategy, evaluate new tools, and set standards for platform use.
• Document systems architecture and train users for adoption.
• Provide basic hardware administration and device management.
• Manage vendor relationships and provide technical direction collaboratively.
