The role emphasizes production support for EAP and dental applications, requirement gathering, documentation, and testing across SDLC, with remote work eligibility for candidates in the United States or Puerto Rico.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Application Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Experience supporting applications in a production environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support for Dental OR Employee Assistance Program applications, including troubleshooting system issues.
• Work with IS, vendors, and business users to ensure timely resolution of system incidents.
• Documentation: identify recurring issues and implement long-term resolutions.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
• Track and analyze production support trends to reduce recurring incidents.
• Testing & Implementation: develop test scenarios and participate in testing.
• Vendor & Operational Management: track issues, deliverables, and improve processes.
