Job summary

Cornerstone Operations Group, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Business Solutions Lead to bridge business stakeholders, insurance operations, and technology partners. You will gather, analyze, and document requirements, manage projects, and ensure delivery of solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a combination of both.
• Proven experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into functional solutions.
• Experience managing projects from initiation through implementation, including scope, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements for technical teams and write BRDs.
• Lead projects from initiation to implementation with scope and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional team activities and stakeholder communications.
• Provide production support, QA coordination, and issue resolution.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
