Job summary
Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin is seeking an application architect to design and implement functional programs. You will collaborate with the Senior Business Solutions Architect, the software development team, and business owners throughout the solution and software development life cycle.
In this role you will lead multi-disciplinary teams, act as product owner in SCRUM projects, and bridge business needs with technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an architect or similar role.
- Excellent SQL experience with large data sets.
- Ability to bridge communication between business and technical teams.
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum principles.
- Experience with healthcare domains and Epic systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Understand full scope with business owners and stakeholders.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams through full project lifecycle, including acting as product owner, business analyst, and project manager as needed.
- Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify requirements and solutions.
- Coordinate QA with developers and business owners.
- Recommend and execute improvements.
