Job summary

You will perform complex analyses to identify gaps, oversee process models and quality controls, and develop CBT materials for organization-wide change management. The role emphasizes continual quality improvement and measurement programs to position the company as an industry leader.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of energy industry experience.
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficient in process modeling, metrics development, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with root cause analysis and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience developing CBT content and applying SDLC and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process design and training across the organization.

Insight Globals client, a non-profit system operator based in Folsom CA is seeking to hire a Lead Business Process Analyst to join the EPMO team. Under the general direction of the Senior Manager, plays the role of a technical and business process design expert and is responsible for leading business process design/training, and continual quality improvement across the organization. Supports the development of measurement and quality improvement programs throughout the business to distinguish the company as an industry leader. Performs complex analysis to identify process opportunities, gaps, redundancies, and needed changes. Oversees and provides guidance on the creation and maintenance of business process models, the development or improvement of quality controls, and the administration of the process model repository. Develops computer based training material for organization wide change management through frequent role based training.

pay range: $58-62/hr
